– Residency in psychiatry: SUNY Downstate Health Science Center, Brooklyn, NY.
– Fellowship in psychiatry: Yale University – School of Medicine, New Haven, CT.
– 45-minute weekly sessions (weekends only), $300 each session.
– 4-session initial package of $1,000. Subsequent weekly sessions, $300 each.
– Payment by checks (prior clearance) or VISA.
– Cancellation policy: 48 hours in advance for no charge.
